Ride Connection provides direct services in East Multnomah County, where public transportation is not an option. We provide rides for a wide variety of needs including medical, nutritive, shopping, supportive services, recreational, and volunteer/work-related needs.

Who can use East Multnomah County Services?
This service is available to older adults (60+) and people living with a disability, with service area in eastern Multnomah County (east of 162nd Ave, north of the Clackamas county line).
How much does it cost?
The service is provided at no charge, with donations greatly appreciated and needed.

Want to connect with the community but not sure how? Ride Connection may be the answer! Ride Connection’s East County office needs volunteer drivers to transport older adults and people with disabilities to various destinations such as to medical appointments, shopping trips, and social outings with the aim of keeping those they transport active, independent and socially involved.
Opportunities are flexible, and drivers may choose to provide rides that are convenient to their schedules and location throughout East County. Ride Connection also encourages parent volunteers to bring their children for a rewarding intergenerational experience. Excellent orientation and free driver training provided.
