Getting around or getting connected
The Washington County Bus Service allows commuter residents in Rural Washington County a way to get around. The bus connects customers to the Hillsboro Transit center via pickups in Banks and North Plains. In addition to expanding service in the Rural Washington County area, this service is an incentive for commuters to leave their cars at home and ride the bus to work. For more information on riding the bus, please click here for the Rider's Service Guide.
Who can use the Washington County Bus Service
The service is designed for everyone! We ask that children under the age of 8 be accompanied by an adult and with advanced written consent of a child’s parent or legal guardian; children between the ages of 8 and 12 can board without an adult.
