Quality Improvement Committee Meeting (QIC)

The Quality Improvement Committee meets regularly to discuss aspects of Ride Connection operations and customer service. These meetings provide a forum for service providers to meet and exchange ideas and information. All Ride Connection service providers are required to have representation on the Quality Improvement Committee (QIC). This committee acts as an advisory committee to the Ride Connection board of directors.

Two subcommittees of the Quality Improvement Committee have been formed to work with specific safety and training issues.

Operations Manual for Transportation Managers New Agency Orientation

This training is designed with the new provider agency and/or new agency staff member in mind. The training helps familiarize the new provider with Ride Connection policies/procedures as well as enabling them to fully utilize the Operations Manual (pdf) both in electronic and hard copy form.
