Recognition

Ride Connection's programs and services benefit greatly from volunteers. Ride Connection recognizes volunteers at an annual fall event. At this event, Ride Connection asks community partners to tell how they are affected by volunteers. In addition, Ride Connection asks volunteers to reflect on their service, and share their stories with others. By sharing their personal stories, Ride Connection volunteers help spread the word about the importance of mobility for seniors and people with disabilities. It is important to share the story about how volunteers "give the gift of mobility, one person at a time".
