Ride Connection is looking for a collaborative, detail oriented, engaging community builder for our Trip Audit & Reimbursement Manager opening. This position will oversee our Member Reimbursement and Trip Audit teams and provide support to members and partners within the Medicaid Non-emergent Medical Transportation (NEMT) network. They will assist in project planning, implementation, oversight, and guidance, as well as contributing to the development and implementation of new processes to enhance efficiency and compliance of the team.

 

This is a full-time, exempt position with a salary range of $64,708 – $97,073 annually. Starting wage will be determined based on direct comparable experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Support and guide the Member Reimbursement Supervisor to oversee the timely and accurate processing of Member Reimbursement requests.

  • Support and guide the Trip Audit Supervisor in overseeing the auditing of vehicle provided NEMT trips prior to payments being issued so that providers are paid within the expected time frame
  • Manage the development, maintenance, and improvements of all workflows and other procedural documentation for the team’s Trip Audit Leads & Specialists and Member Reimbursement Leads & Specialists.
  • Facilitate, plan and lead team meetings to support staff

 

Qualifications

  • 5 years experience in related field, college courses, or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
  • Demonstrated computer skills, including proficiency with the Microsoft Office environment and related software
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple responsibilities within a specified timeline

Ride Connection is looking for that special “one in a million” driver who is very reliable and customer service-focused to fill in some gaps to provide rides for those who would not get them any other way.

Drivers are the heart and soul of Ride Connection’s Transportation Program. Drivers provide transportation services using agency owned vehicles to help older adults, people with disabilities, and citizens who do not have access to reliable transportation or other alternatives to live independent, quality lives by providing them access to necessary community services.

For this position we are looking for a driver to be part of transportation services based in Gresham. We are trying to fill in some gaps to provide rides for those who may not get them any other way.

 

This person will get at least 20 hours per week with the possibility of up to 40 hours per week. Work hours will be between 8:00 am and 5:30 pm, Monday through Friday, and may include occasional weekends. This driver will be driving one of our buses as these rides will be for group trips throughout Portland and the metro area. This driver might be asked to drive on short notice to fill in for someone who has called out sick and could include providing rides for one of our partners. These rides may include rides that didn’t fit into another’s schedule.

 

The perfect driver for this position is able to work without a set schedule. This is a new position, so the details may change. Flexibility is a must.

Summary

Ride Connection is looking for a collaborative, engaging, relationship and community builder to join our Development and Marketing team as Development Manager.

The Development Manager will be responsible for donor stewardship, managing and supporting grant applications and reporting, and managing events. This position will assist with the creation, organization and implementation of fundraising projects and initiatives and provides support to advocacy and outreach activities as a team member. Examples include assisting with fundraising campaigns, assisting with the development of annual and planned giving programs, helping to maintain our constituent database, stewarding relationships with customers, donors, and stakeholders, and preparing high quality materials.

This is a full-time, non-exempt position with a starting salary of $27.48 – $41.22 per hour, depending on experience.

Qualifications

  • BA degree in a related field with a minimum of three to five years of experience that is directly related to the duties and responsibilities described.

Summary

Ride Connection is looking for a detail oriented, investigative minded, leader and lifelong learner to join our team as a Data Analytics Manager.

This Data Analytics Manager position will play a crucial role in leading Ride Connection’s efforts to utilize data for decision-making and strategic planning. This position requires a blend of leadership, technical expertise, and strategic vision to drive our data analysis strategies and initiatives. This position supervises the Service Data Specialist Team. The Data Analytics Manager reports to the Ride Connection Chief Planning & Programs Officer.

 

This is a full-time, exempt position with a starting salary of $66,601 – $99,800 annually, depending on experience.

What You’ll Do

  • Supervise and Lead the Service Data Specialist Team.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive data management and analysis strategy aligned with the organization’s overall goals.
  • Implement and monitor processes for data quality assurance to ensure data accuracy and reliability.
  • Provide data leadership and guidance, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies related to data analysis, and proactively recommend innovative approaches to enhance data analysis capabilities within the organization.
  • Lead efforts to extract meaningful insights from data through analytics and data visualization techniques.
  • Collaborate with teams to understand their data needs and provide actionable recommendations based on data analysis.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define data standards and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Establish and enforce data governance policies and procedures to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and security of data across the organization.
  • Represent Ride Connection in a professional manner to our service partners, our funders, and the community

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, related field or equivalent in education and experience
  • Strong demonstrated IT systems and database knowledge (i.e., SQL; database design, normalization, and management)
  • Advanced knowledge of:
    • Relational database management tools (MS SQL Server)
    • Power BI, or other similar reporting tools
    • Data extraction, presentation, and visualization
    • Business analysis, business management data systems
  • Proficient with data mining, performance metrics and reporting, and report writing    Systems knowledge, documentation, and methodical problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of people in a diverse community
  • Proficient with data mining, performance metrics and reporting, vendor management, change management and report writing
